As the First State continues to thrive with new community associations, the Office of the Ombudsman for common interest communities is working hard to provide best practices on how to run these organizations.
To that avail Chris Curtin, Office of the Ombudsman worked with the Community Association Institute and provided homeowner seminars in all three counties of Delaware this fall.
