The Ocean City Police Department (OCPD) is urging residents, communities, and business owners to join the Trespass Enforcement Authorization Program (TEAP).
During evening and nighttime hours it is difficult for law enforcement to reach managers and homeowners in order to get permission to enforce laws on private property. This program will authorize the police to enforce trespass laws on private participating properties.
Currently, there is no cost to join the program. Download these forms today and be sure to have them notarized. Need a notary? Head over to the OCPD to have them notarized at no charge.
