Changes to Delaware Common Interest Communities

The new Ombudsman office has been busy and two great changes have occurred in the 1^st State.

1. The Benjamin Kuntz Act will allow pre-existing common interest community to amend the governing documents to adopt DUCIOA (Condominium Act) in its entirety or in parts.

2. A new law allowing communities to be notified before cutting off utilities to a home.
