We can’t wait to tell you all about our new Commercial Lines Manager, Michele Hoffman! She has 30 years of insurance experience, concentrating on commercial lines insurance for over 20 of those years. Michele holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
Michele always has a smile on her face and will drop what she’s doing to help out a client or a fellow employee. She is a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church where she serves as a Lay Counselor. She has a 19 year old son named Jacob. Here are some more things you might not know about Michele:
- On the weekends you can find Michele cheering on her favorite football team – the Washington Redskins – from her season ticket seats at the Fed Ex Stadium.
- She loves living by the water and will even travel to other shores to beachcomb for shells and sea glass.
- She recently developed a love for off shore fishing and participated in the Poor Girl’s Tournament in Ocean City this year!
We are so thankful to have such a fun-loving, dedicated leader at our agency. Michele has an eagerness to learn and a willingness to entertain new ideas and adapt to change. She is passionate about developing clear communication between team members, and we know she will be such a wonderful asset to our team!
