Deeley Insurance Group, Delmarva’s oldest family-owned, independent insurance agency, is delighted to announce the appointment of Jayme Hayes as our new Vice President. Hayes brings over 20 years of regional business leadership experience and will be instrumental in directing our agency’s growth and client service initiatives.
In her new role, Hayes will guide Deeley’s business development and partnership outreach efforts, oversee our team of Client Advisors and work with executive leadership to strengthen our agency’s presence throughout the region, bringing thoughtful protection programs to individuals and businesses of every size.

Since 2007, Hayes has served as President and CEO of Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore, launching new programs, deepening partnerships and impacting the lives of tens of thousands of people across Delmarva. Hayes was the driving force behind the fundraising, design and construction of the Perdue Henson Junior Achievement Center in Salisbury, which opened in fall of 2023 and serves students in eight counties.

Hayes graduated from Salisbury University, where she studied Business Communications and Marketing. She lives in Salisbury and enjoys reading, gardening, cooking and spending time with her daughters.
