Delmarva is blessed with many amazing organizations, working tirelessly to improve the quality of life for kids and families, veterans, pets, and everyone in between. The Deeley team is passionate about supporting the communities we serve, and we know the efforts of those groups can always use a little extra support.
Recently, we revived our “Deeley Green” employee giving program. The name is a dual reference to the color in our logo that represents our optimistic energy, and also to the funds we’re donating to worthy local causes. First, we chose 12 diverse non-profit groups, then we gave $75 to each of our 59 employees, allowing each person to donate to the organization closest to their hearts. Some people donated their whole sum to one charity, while others split it up to spread the love.
Giving Back Matters
We’re proud to help our team give with purpose, improving other people’s lives and planting seeds of hope across our region (and beyond!), one amazing cause at a time. These are the groups our employees donated their “Deeley Green” to:
