CAI Annual Symposium & Expo – “Meetings Gone Wild. Leading Your Board Out of Chaos.”
Have you attended a board or community meeting that made you feel like you were in a reality show? Are you seeing meetings that are out of control, overlong, unproductive or downright hostile? The disturbing part is that that can be a reality! Homeowner Associations and Condominium Associations both serve important functions, and if certain procedures and tools are utilized, the governing process and the meetings do not have to be painful, stressful or irritating to the elected Board or residents.

The workshop will teach you how to become a more successful board member and how you can recruit and support new volunteers. You’ll learn the role of the board, the president and other leadership positions, and you’ll identify effective ways to work with professional managers and service providers.
