Advice for Success at Work
Courtney attributes her success at work to a dedication to remain teachable. Any obstacle, if approached with a positive attitude and as a learning opportunity, can benefit and enrich. Once the insurmountable is overcome, we become more knowledgeable and therefore a benefit to the company as a whole. Courtney also attributes her dedication to remain teachable to the incredible wealth of knowledge and experience her coworkers are willing to share. She strongly believes that remaining teachable fosters an environment that encourages the team to complement each others strengths and assist with each others weaknesses.
