Great update and reminders provided by Tom Possident of the Worcester County Health Department today at the Delmarva Condominium Managers Association meeting.
A few helpful reminders:
- Check the drain/equalizer covers for the life in years. It is up to the pool owner to make sure that they are replaced prior their useful life running out.
- Pick up the Emergency 911 phone and see if it dials 911! Make sure you tell them you are testing the phone.
- Make sure the fan in the equipment room is running
- Check the gate for self closing and self locking.
