It is official – Gary Waldych is leaving the insurance world… and he will be missed.
So where is life going to take him?
Concerned he would be less than forthcoming with his personal adventures, I decided to make some up and get him thinking:
- Trip to Space
- African Safari
- Sail the 7 Seas
When pressed for the real story, Gary answered with honesty and a smile:
- Spend time traveling with his brother. Something they have never done and time is precious.
- Visit his sweet granddaughter in New Orleans.
- Read the classics – The Iliad and Odyssey were mentioned.
- Make things with his hands. Gary showed me wood tables he had made for his home and his daughters home out of beautiful pieces of hardwood.
In making his career, Gary has focused on protecting other people and property. It is a more noble quest than most would think. However, after 30 plus years, he is going to venture off in search of beauty in art, woodwork, travel and family. Please join the Deeley Insurance Group team as we wish him joy in this new journey.
