“5 to Drive” – Boost Teen Driver Safety

Don't hand over the keys to the car until your teen driver makes these promises:

1. No cell phone use or texting while driving,
2. No extra passengers,
3. No speeding,
4. No alcohol, and
5. No driving or riding without a seat belt.

Our teenagers learn by example, and so practice these tips yourselves. The functional listening ability of a teenager maybe compromised, so you may need to remind them of the 5 to Drive rules, daily.
