If we are dedicating the month to local artist we certainly can’t leave out local musicians. I have several favorites that I will follow around town but none that leave me as inspired as Blind Wind.
Blind Wind is a musical group made up of Frankie Moran and his 13 year old son Cole. Cole has perfect pitch and can play multiple of instruments and is currently focusing on the harmonica. The musical duo will blow you away.
The inspiration comes from their mission which I found on their website:
“Our mission, which we have accepted, is to inspire the world and show everyone that making music is something anyone can do no matter what physical or mental disabilities one might have… And in doing so give confidence, breaking down social barriers and making the world a better place one note at a time.” – Blind Wind
