agency wide e-signature program called DocuSign. Deeley Group is now servicing our customer accounts with DocuSign and saving tons of time and paper in the
process!
DocuSign is an electronic signature program that allows our customers and clients to sign documents from a computer, tablet and smartphone. DocuSign is
super easy to use and your documents are received back in our office instantaneously with safe & secure bank-level encryption.
In the past, documents were mailed and then mailed back. Many days were involved in this process. Then documents were emailed or faxed, completed, and then
emailed or faxed back. There are still lots of hours involved (and printing and scanning and/or driving to a fax machine). Now, documents can be viewed and
signed safely and securely in just a few quick DocuSign clicks.
Go Green
With DocuSign you can go green in your home just as we are in our Deeley Group office. You can save your e-signed document to your computer or use the DocuSign
cloud storage. All of your documents are just a click away, and, if using the cloud, accessible from any device, anywhere.
Mobile App
DocuSign also has a mobile app that is super easy to use. Once you have signed a DocuSign document and created a DocuSign account, you simply download and
sign in to the app using your user login and password. All e-signature documents emailed to your email will show up in the app on your phone. You just
click the document, view, sign & click complete.
