Every month, Deeley Group Gives, a committee within Deeley Group Serves, donates to employee-nominated charities or causes.
For the month of June, we were honored to partner with The Brooke Mulford Foundation. The mission of the Brooke Mulford Foundation is to raise funds to provide financial assistance to families on the Delmarva Peninsula with children dealing with childhood cancers. The foundation also raises funds for research related to the prevention, treatment and cure of these diseases, and for providing supplies and support for pediatric patients in hospitals on the Delmarva Peninsula. We were inspired by the way Brooke brought our community together in her relentless fight against cancer.
This charity was nominated by Bethany Miller, and we were honored to choose it in memory of Brooke for our June donation of Deeley Group Gives. Our employees also came together to purchase and donate a box of toys for Brooke's Toy Closet.
