Each month Deeley Group Gives, a committee within Deeley Group Serves, donates $500 to one employee-nominated charity or cause.
For the month of February, our committee chose to donate the money to Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore, Inc. This organization is based out of Salisbury, MD. They are primarily a 1 to 1 mentoring organization, but they also hold many other programs and events to help the local youth. Some of their programs include empowerment workshops, individual mentoring, providing hygiene resources, in-school mentoring, and intense case management. They also coach volunteers and others around the community to better serve the youth.
We are honored to partner with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore, Inc. with this donation.
