The fee charged for a resale package has been capped as of October 1, 2016! This is applicable to condominiums and homeowners associations.
A resale package can cost $250 or less.
Two additional charges over $250 can be added. A fee to rush the package is $50 and an inspection of the unit is $100.
Purchasers should be encouraged to ask for the unit inspection to make sure the previous owners have not something that violates the governing documents of the association.
