After the winter of 2014, many second home communities took additional precautions going in to 2015. Individual units were checked to make sure the heat
was on and the water was turned off. In some instances this helped and others still experienced repeated losses. We wish to help our communities become
better equipped to handle extreme temperatures and the issues than can arise.
