There were 4,690 fatalities from work-related injuries in 2010, or one fatality every two hours. While this number has decreased over the past decade, it’s still important to implement and monitor safety protocols in workplace environments. This is especially true of the manufacturing industry. Even less sever injuries can cost money, time, and much more. Thus the importance of investing time and effort into the enhancement of a safe and effective workplace.
