Deeley Insurance Group is looking for Sales team members to join our Commercial Lines team! In this role, you will be responsible for direct sales – new business, rounding out accounts/renewals and account management.

No prior insurance experience is required – Must have successful B2B sales experience!

What You'll Do

• Prospect, sell and retain business insurance customers
• Manage and retain existing book of business and pursue new opportunities for the book
• Spend approximately 30%-60% of the time outside with customers and new business opportunities
• Provide customer relations with all levels of client’s decision-makers as well as the day-to-day technical client representatives
• Document sales and prospecting information into the sales management database
• Prepare customer renewals and new business strategies, including proposals and presentations while ensuring agreement with customer’s requests/requirements
• Present proposal to customer, ensuring appropriate team members and resources are represented

What You'll Need

• Property & Casualty Insurance license (Don't worry! We'll help you with that.)
• Knowledge of customer service functions such as marketing, claims handling and coverage information
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective and efficient use of computer and related equipment
• This position requires routine or periodic travel
