In response to a filing by the Delaware Rating Compensation Bureau Inc., Delaware workers’ compensation rates increased by an average of 14.6% in December. This number represents a compromise between an earlier, higher figure proposed by the bureau, and the ability of businesses to spend in the current economic climate.
